A package attached under the car was found near the building of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, the scene of the incident was cordoned off. This was announced on March 20 by the city's Department of Public Security.

"This morning, during an inspection of cars at the parking lot near Lenin Street, house 3 (Legislative Assembly building), an attached package was found under the bottom of one of the cars, according to the preliminary version. Verification measures are being carried out," the Telegram channel says.
