A worker died in a fall at a construction site in Primorye
In Artyom (Primorsky Krai), an investigation is underway into the death of a house painter. A worker fell from a height on a construction site.
The incident occurred on March 20. According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the man performed high-altitude work at the construction site of the Artemovskaya TPP-2. As a result of the accident, the worker fell and suffered fatal injuries.
The Prosecutor's Office will check compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The State Labor Inspectorate will also conduct an inspection.
On March 7, a worker in the Perm Region died as a result of a fall of a pumping and compressor pipe at an oil field. The Investigative Committee is conducting an investigation into the incident.
