The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia demanded to provide a report on the lack of road infrastructure in the village of Charkovo near Moscow. This was announced on March 20 by the press service of the Investigative Committee in the Telegram channel.

It is noted that earlier on television a story was shown that there are no access roads in the village. Because of this, dozens of large families who have received construction plots in the village cannot use them.

"The head of the department instructed the acting head of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region, Ya.A. Yakovlev, to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case and the circumstances established," the press service said.

A criminal case was also opened in the UK under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence").

A day earlier, the Investigative Committee began checking after a burst pipe with boiling water in a residential complex in Moscow. About 50 cars and tram tracks were in the incident area, the ministry added.
