"Before the arrival of the fire and rescue units, 20 people left the building on their own. With the help of rescue devices, firefighters rescued three people from a burning apartment, one of them a child," the department's Telegram channel clarified.

The fire area was 100 square meters, and it has already been eliminated. The operation involved 59 personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as 14 pieces of equipment.
