The head of the Supreme Council of the Kharkiv region announced the expansion of the Russian Armed Forces control zone on the right bank of the Oskol

Russian troops are expanding their control zone on the right bank of the Oskol River in the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev, head of the military-civil administration of the region, told Izvestia in an interview.

"The fighting spirit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has already been broken, it will not be easy to come to your senses from such a defeat"

"There is a movement of the front, although not very significant. Our troops have managed to gain a foothold on the right bank of the Oskol River, they are now expanding their control zone and leveling the front line around the village of Dvurechnaya. Therefore, it can be predicted that the Ukrainian group in this area will find itself in a rather difficult situation," Ganchev said.

According to him, the successes of the Russian troops in the Kursk region will affect the situation in the Kharkiv region.

"When the Kursk region is completely liberated, our troops will have the opportunity to more intensively exert pressure on Ukrainian positions in the Kharkiv territory," said the head of the Kharkiv region CAA.
