The head of the CAA announced the deployment of large forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region

The situation in the territory of the Kharkiv region remains extremely difficult, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are pulling up large forces in the Kupyansk and Volchansk directions, Vitaliy Ganchev, head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region, told Izvestia in an interview.

"Our guys are holding positions in those settlements where they have already gained a foothold. These are about 70 villages liberated in the Kharkiv region. The front line remains fairly static despite the fact that the Ukrainian armed forces are constantly attacking our positions, strengthening, constantly rotating, and ammo is being tightened. We see this on a daily basis. Local residents say that quite large forces are being pulled up in the Kupyansky and Volchansky directions," Ganchev said.

According to him, civilians are facing a large number of attacks from the armed formations of Ukraine.

"Both artillery and drones are used. Many people living in the Kharkiv region have already faced these problems personally: destroyed houses, destroyed vehicles, and injured people. The situation is not improving," said the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
