Vasily Shurov, a narcologist, said that young people under the age of 20 are most susceptible to the new EVALI vaper disease.
In conversation with aif.ru On Wednesday, March 19, the specialist noted that vaping is a hobby of the young and their lungs are more immature.
Shurov pointed out that it is impossible to determine exactly how long people can develop this "popcorn disease." That is, it can happen after a short period, and after 20 years of smoking vapes.
