Political analyst Dmitry Zhuravlev said that the strike on the Kuban oil depot once again demonstrates that the regime of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is not negotiable in principle.
"This is a great proof that agreements with him don't make sense. Because Ukraine, as always, will not fulfill any agreements. How Mr. Trump is going to force them to do this is still a mystery to me," the political scientist said in an interview with aif.ru on Wednesday, March 19th.
In general, the expert assessed the reaction of the Ukrainian leader to yesterday's telephone conversations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump as "restrained and malicious." In his opinion, Zelensky is not going to do anything, and it is impossible to negotiate with him and the Ukrainian government as a whole about anything, because there are no responsible people there.
