An abandoned unfinished building in a residential area was dismantled in Podolsk (Moscow region). This is reported by the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of the region.
We are talking about unfinished construction in the village of Synkovo, near Military Street. The area of the two-storey building was 2.5 thousand square meters. m, it was located within the residential area.
"The building was abandoned and was in a dilapidated state. The city district administration received appeals from citizens about the need to demolish the emergency building and restore the surrounding area to proper condition," said Vladislav Gordienko, the government Minister for Architecture and Urban Planning.
The municipal authorities tried to find the owner, but to no avail. As a result, the building was declared ownerless and subject to demolition. According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the facility was dismantled in March, and the territory has already been cleared of construction debris.
As part of the work to identify and eliminate unfinished buildings in Podolsk, 343 objects were identified. To date, 248 facilities have been demolished, completed or brought into line in the city district. The work continues.
