Russians named the main reasons for happiness

Almost half of the men surveyed (48%) said that something is missing in their lives for complete happiness. There are fewer of them among women — only 35%. Russians are more likely to enjoy the moment and enjoy what they have (32% versus 24% of the stronger sex), according to the results of a study by the dating service Mamba, which was reviewed by Izvestia on March 20.

At the same time, respondents do not focus on the search for happiness, although they periodically think about it (35% of both sexes). At the same time, 14% of men prefer the "come what may" philosophy and do not overload themselves with questions about it. At the same time, 24% of women constantly worry about the feeling that life could be brighter.

Experts have found that for men, happiness is, first of all, when a loved one is near (49%). Russians prioritize inner harmony and self-acceptance (56%).

In addition, men dream of achieving goals and financial stability (20% and 21%). Ladies appreciate pleasant daily details (17%) and impressions of new events (21%).

Personal life was in the happiness rating for both men and women (44% on both sides). In second place is the family (18%). Men are more interested in career ambitions (12%), while women note the importance of self-development and training (7%).

In addition, according to the results of the study, 61% of the stronger sex believe that without a harmonious relationship, real happiness can be forgotten. Women are more independent on this issue — only 48% share this opinion.

Every second man (41%) believes that real feelings can replace all other sources of positivity. The female half looks at the world more practically: only 19% believe that love can replace absolutely everything. However, 46% believe that relationships are important, but you shouldn't rely on them alone.

"Russians agree on one thing: mutual understanding and emotional intimacy are a key element of relationships (47% on both sides). But then opinions differ. Men do not hide it: for them, sexual compatibility is no less important than a spiritual connection (47%). Ladies, on the other hand, attach more importance to reliability and confidence in the future (37%). So the secret of happiness is simple: for men — more love and a pinch of passion, for women — harmony and stability. But the main thing that both dream of is to be understood without words," the experts concluded.
