In the city of Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, where a dam broke, 13 house territories were flooded, from where 22 people were evacuated. This was announced on March 19 by the regional prosecutor's office.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation reported that an airmobile group of the department was sent to Minusinsk to eliminate a breakthrough in an earthen embankment on the Minusinka River. It was noted that there was a threat of flooding of 120 residential buildings.
