As a result of the negotiation process between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Donald Trump, 175 servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) have been returned from the territory controlled by Ukraine. This was announced on March 19 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
