508 people have been evacuated from the liberated settlements of the Kursk region since March 12.

Since March 12, 508 people, including 16 children, have been evacuated from the liberated territories of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 19 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"Since March 12, 508 people have been taken out of the liberated settlements, 16 of them children," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, some of the evacuees are in temporary accommodation facilities, while the rest were taken by their relatives. Khinstein clarified that all residents of the Kursk region are provided with the necessary support.

The day before, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on 501 evacuated people from the liberated Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region. It was noted that 36 local residents were taken out of the territory during the day. In addition, the department clarified that a total of 67 PVR out of 88 are involved.

On March 13, the Russian military told about the evacuation of residents after the liberation of the village of Kazachya Loknya. The export takes place in difficult conditions: The terrain is difficult to traverse due to the spring mud, and the highway is still dangerous.
