Zelensky spoke about plans to contact Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on March 19 that he plans to hold a telephone conversation with American leader Donald Trump later on Wednesday to discuss further actions to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
"I will be talking to President Trump today. We will discuss the details of the next steps," Zelensky said at a joint press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, which was broadcast on the Guardian News YouTube channel.
He also added that he was thinking of hearing the details of Trump's conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The telephone conversation between the Russian President and the American leader took place the day before. During the talks, the sides exchanged views on the situation in Ukraine and discussed a wide range of areas in which the United States and Russia could cooperate.
