The Kremlin announced a pause in attacks on Ukraine's energy facilities.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has not issued any new orders after ordering the cessation of attacks by the Russian Armed Forces on energy facilities and infrastructure of the Kiev regime. This was announced on March 19 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"There were no other commands from the president [after the moratorium on strikes]," he said at a briefing, answering a question about the possible cancellation of the pause in response to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine last night.
