An unusual case is being investigated in the city of Achinsk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. A 15-year-old schoolgirl tried to stage her own abduction in order to receive 500 thousand rubles from her father. The abduction that never happened
News about the alleged abduction of schoolgirl Daria V. in the Krasnoyarsk Territory appeared on the afternoon of March 18.
As it became known, the 15-year-old girl left home, and two hours later her father received a shocking video message via messenger. In it, a schoolgirl, sitting in the cemetery in tears, asked for forgiveness from unknown persons. Later, the price for the release of the girl was also announced — 500 thousand rubles.
The parents did not transfer the money and contacted law enforcement agencies. The investigative department of the Achinsk district opened a criminal case on the abduction (paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The search for the schoolgirl lasted several hours, the entire Achinsk police was alerted, and the case was taken under personal control by the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin. About 200 police officers, including experienced criminal investigation operatives, as well as numerous volunteers, "combed" the city and the surrounding area in the evening, at night and the next morning.
It was established that the girl was alone in the cemetery, no other traces were found next to her. As the taxi driver who last saw the girl confirmed to the investigation, she got into the car alone, and used her phone and headphones during the trip.
The investigators concluded that the missing woman had independently recorded a video about the abduction. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia.
How the "abducted" schoolgirl from Achinsk was found
On the morning of March 19, it became known that the missing woman was found in an apartment in one of the houses in the city of Nazarovo, 20 km from Achinsk. There is no threat to the life and health of the minor. She will be taken to the police station in the near future to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
As the owner of the apartment where the schoolgirl was found told REN TV, his son brought the girl after the competition. The young man said that she had not slept for a long time. Her father allowed her to stay to rest. Then the man saw the news that the girl was being searched for and called the police.
Victim of scams
After talking with Daria V., the investigators came to the conclusion that she had become a victim of fraud.
According to the agency, the attackers staged the girl's own abduction. At the same time, she did not realize that she was unwittingly helping them do this by following their instructions.
"She followed the instructions of the scammers, they led her, told her where to go, record a video, what to say. She did not understand, it was the scammers who staged her abduction, they dictated to her what to do," the Investigative Committee noted.
The strangeness of the alleged abduction in Achinsk
Unusual details in the case appeared from the very beginning. The girl's mother told the police that at about 4 p.m., her daughter left the apartment without warning, although this behavior is unusual for her.
The content of the video was also strange. In the footage, the schoolgirl, sitting in tears at the cemetery, apologized to a certain "uncle Yura, nicknamed Komar," for cheating on 300 thousand rubles allegedly related to bulletproof vests, and then apologized to Wagner, adding that "Uncle Seryozha" was taking her.
Shortly after the first video, the kidnappers confirmed through the Telegram channel Kras Mash that they were holding the schoolgirl and demanded 500 thousand rubles for her release, specifying a bank account for the transfer.
In an interview with Readovka, the parents admitted that they did not know either Komar or Wagner, and they did not even have any idea what kind of body armor they were talking about.
As neighbors of Daria's family told REN TV, her parents are in business. They described the girl herself as well-mannered and friendly.
"We have known the girl for six years, the family is positive. There is always silence, no scandals, swearing. Dasha is a very good girl, friendly. I can't say anything bad," the neighbor said.
At the school where the girl studied, no suspicious acquaintances or behavior problems were noted in the schoolgirl, AiF reports, citing sources.
