In the Kursk region, an FPV drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the building of the Khomutovskaya central district hospital. Alexander Khinshtein, the acting head of the region, told about this on March 19.

"As a result of the attack, the facade of the building and the glazing of the first and second floors were severed. Thank God, there are no dead or injured!" — stated in a message on his Telegram channel.

Khinstein also urged citizens not to return to the border area until it is completely safe there.
