Forecaster predicted a warm April in Moscow

April in Moscow is expected to be warmer than normal by an average of 3 degrees. This was announced on March 19 by Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Moscow Meteorological Bureau.

"All models of seasonal weather forecasts are unanimous in their calculations: in April, the positive air temperature anomaly will remain, on average about +3 degrees," she wrote in her Telegram channel.

According to the forecaster, the average monthly temperature will exceed +10 degrees. Precipitation is equally likely to be both in excess and in short supply.

Roman Vilfand, head of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, announced on March 5 that the air temperature in the spring of 2025 in Russia will be within or slightly below normal. He also noted that last winter in the country was the second warmest in the history of observations.
