Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will visit Russia in June 2025. This was announced on March 18 by Tempo magazine.

According to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, the head of state will travel to Russia to discuss the free trade agreement of the economic bloc of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

"The president will visit Russia in June. There is hope that an agreement in principle can be signed during the visit," he said.

It is specified that before Prabowo's visit to the country, Indonesia and Russia will hold a meeting of the committee on April 14-15, 2025.
