Calculations of D-30 howitzers destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces vehicles in the border areas of the Kursk region

Crews of 122-mm towed D-30 howitzers of the Ussuri Separate Guards Airborne assault Unit destroyed vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with infantry in the border areas of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 19 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

During aerial reconnaissance, units of the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the airborne assault brigade discovered the transport of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was trying to take infantry from the line of contact near the border to the rear of the Ukrainian units.

After additional reconnaissance and confirmation of the target, the calculation of the D-30 howitzer inflicted fire damage on the detected target. After the first sighting shot, the second accurate shot from the howitzer hit the APU transport.

"We are mainly trying to provide support to our assault units," commented the crew number under the call sign Bear.
