A match between the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) and the National Hockey League (NHL) would be a celebration for fans. Hockey agent Dan Milstein told Izvestia about this on Wednesday, March 19.

"There were assumptions, there were certain conversations, but the news is very pleasant. I am very happy and proud for many of the guys who will have the chance to play at home, here in Russia, in front of their families, friends and just fans," he shared.

Milstein stressed that a possible tournament would be interesting for both sides.

Earlier, on March 18, the KHL president announced his readiness to organize matches with NHL players.
