The body of a pregnant woman killed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces was taken to Kursk.

The body of Nina Kuznetsova, a 28-year-old pregnant girl who was killed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in August 2024, which was found earlier, was taken from Sudzha to Kursk. Her husband Artyom Kuznetsov told Izvestia about this on March 18.

"The body has been identified. The body <...> was miraculously preserved, not blackened. The photos were sent a couple of hours ago. <...> The skin color is natural, not black," said the husband of the deceased.

He specified that the farewell to Nina Kuznetsova will take place on March 19 at 12:00.

The death of pregnant Nina Kuznetsova due to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces became known on August 7. During the evacuation, the family was traveling from the village of Kurilovka to Kursk when Ukrainian militants started shooting at them. According to Artyom, his wife was injured, which caused her to lose consciousness, and her car crashed into her husband's car. He got her out, dragged her to his car, and took her to the hospital, but the doctors couldn't save her.

On March 17, Artyom said that Nina Kuznetsova's body had been found by Patriot volunteers in the Sudzha hospital.
