"The UK is going to a confrontation, continues to belligerently supply Ukraine with weapons and money. What are they trying to achieve? The complete destruction of Ukraine? It's possible," he said on Channel 4.

According to the diplomat, the United States realized that the position and actions of the previous administration had led to nothing. Washington has chosen to have a dialogue with Moscow, while London refuses to talk.
