Hamas announced the continuation of negotiations with Egypt and Qatar

The Palestinian Hamas movement continues negotiations with Egypt and Qatar amid Israel's resumption of hostilities in Gaza. This was announced on Tuesday, March 18, by a member of the organization's politburo, Osama Hamdan.
"We are constantly in contact with Egypt and Qatar to deter Israel's aggression against the Palestinians," he was quoted as saying in an interview with Al Jazeera.
However, a member of the Hamas political bureau noted that the organization has not yet received "new proposals from Qatar to end the war in Gaza."
Earlier in the day, it was reported that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recorded rocket fire from Yemen. In the early morning, the IDF announced the resumption of military operations against the Palestinian radical movement Hamas in Gaza.
Journalist Barak Ravid said that Israel had warned the administration of US President Donald Trump in advance about the resumption of attacks on Gaza. Later, Al Masirah TV channel noted that the Yemeni Houthis plan to continue the military escalation in support of Hamas.
