Putin spoke sharply about the violation of legal norms by the West

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke sharply during the annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) on March 18, speaking about gross violations of legal norms by Western countries.
"They're discussing some kind of political issue: we're doing this, that, that. Sorry, damn, you're thinking... I used to say sometimes: Well, you can't do that either, it contradicts you. Well, it's okay, it contradicts, it makes sense, [Western politicians responded]," the head of state said.
According to Putin, Western countries also disregard the norms of law in the economic sphere: everything is "rudely and uncivilized" and everything is frozen.
At the annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the president also said that Russia is strengthening its sovereignty and intends to establish cooperation with reliable partners. Putin stressed that only countries that are capable of ensuring full-fledged sovereignty can dynamically develop in the interests of their peoples.
