The Chelyabinsk City Planning Commission has approved a project for the construction of a new large polyclinic. This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the relevant resolution published on the website of the mayor's office.

A four-storey polyclinic will appear in the Kurchatov district of the city, next to the center for cardiovascular surgery. We are talking about a site within the boundaries of Novogradsky tract, Logovaya and Shershnevskaya streets.

"To approve the documentation of the territory planning in the Kurchatov district. To consider the approved documentation as the basis for further architectural and construction design of individual capital construction facilities," the resolution says.

The building area will be 1.2 thousand square meters. m. Medservice LLC plans to complete the work in one turn.

At the end of December, it became known that the authorities of Chelyabinsk approved a draft layout of the territory in the Central district of the city along Truda Street, where the construction of a new residential complex is planned. The integrated development project of the territory will be implemented on a plot of more than 2 hectares, located near the zoo and the Ural Lightning.
