Russian oil refineries are operating normally after drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was stated on March 18 by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak in an interview with reporters at the annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

"Our refineries are operating normally, and the domestic market is fully supplied with petroleum products," Novak said.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that the stability of the oil refining industry in the face of attacks is well evidenced by low and stable stock prices.

Earlier, on March 5, it was reported that Russian oil and gas revenues for February 2025 reached 771.3 billion rubles. At the same time, oil companies received payments from the budget in the amount of 148.3 billion rubles in February, compared to 156.4 billion rubles in January.
