The regional Museum of local Lore opened in Murmansk after reconstruction

The Murmansk Regional Museum of Local Lore opened to visitors after reconstruction. The opening hours of the institution are limited until April.

The museum has been renovated since May 2019. The updated exposition features traditional exhibits, as well as modern information technologies. There are 14 themed halls dedicated to the Murmansk Region for visitors.

The natural landscapes and elements of the culture of the indigenous peoples of the North have been recreated in the premises, writes the Bi-Port news agency. More than 100 content points and various interactive features have been created.

In the near future, the museum will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Starting in April, the opening hours of the institution will increase significantly.
