Belarusian border guards have discovered the bodies of two migrants on the border with Lithuania and Poland. This was reported on March 18 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the republic.
"In Shchuchinsky district, on the afternoon of March 17, Belarusian border guards found the lifeless body of a man near the Lithuanian border," the Telegram channel says.
According to the investigation, the body was located 600 m from the border in the forest. During the inspection, the man's personal belongings and an empty backpack were found, but no documents were found with him.
Belarusian border guards found another body in the Kamenetsky district near the border with Poland. During the inspection, it was established that the deceased was not wearing outerwear and shoes, and no personal belongings or documents were found with him. Previously, the Poles expelled the man through the gate for animals, leaving him to die in the cold.
On December 23 last year, employees of the Belarusian border service found four beaten refugees from Morocco and Egypt on the border with Poland. According to the victims, Polish security forces used batons, stun grenades, tear gas, and shot them in the face with traumatic weapons.
