Russians named the reasons for their love of work


Speaking about the love of their work, 27% of Russians surveyed reported that they were definitely satisfied with it, and another 28% were inclined to a positive assessment. At the same time, 21% of respondents are rather dissatisfied, and 13% have a negative attitude towards her. This is stated in the results of a study of the services "Work.<url>" and "SberPodbor", which were reviewed by Izvestia on March 19.
According to experts, the main factors of job satisfaction were the balance between professional and personal life (58%), as well as positive management ratings (47%) and salary levels (42%). The team (40%) and interesting tasks (39%) also received high marks. At the same time, 28% of respondents noted the absence of bureaucratic restrictions. Convenience and comfort of the office were allocated by 26%, while flexible hours and the possibility of remote work were allocated by 25% and 24%, respectively. The absence of overwork is important for 22% of the respondents. The opportunities for professional and career growth were estimated by 18% and 11%, respectively. Corporate culture also played a positive role (10%).
At the same time, the main reasons for dissatisfaction with work were low wages (48%), lack of career prospects (37%), professional development (32%), boring tasks (34%), excess bureaucracy and rules (32%).
At the same time, one third of the respondents (34%) plan to change jobs while remaining in their previous field of activity. Another 16% intend to change not only their jobs, but also their field of activity. In addition, 8% of the respondents have already quit, and 42% do not plan to change their jobs.
