On March 18, Alexander Bastrykin, head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (IC RF), instructed to report on the results of an inspection on information about injuries to people after a burst pipe with boiling water in a residential complex in Moscow.
"The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow have organized a procedural check on this fact," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.
About 50 cars and tram tracks were in the incident area, the ministry added.
Earlier, on March 17, a pipe burst in the northeast of Moscow, as a result of which six people were injured and hospitalized. It clarifies that the victims are not life-threatening or seriously injured, and they are currently receiving the necessary medical care.
