The commander of the Akhmat special forces unit, Hades, spoke about Operation Potok

During the special military operation (SVO), the commander of the Akhmat special forces sabotage and assault squad, Aid, together with his unit, took part in Operation Potok. Together with the Veterans OSH, they were the first to come out of the pipe on the outskirts of Suji and engage in battle. Currently, the soldiers of the detachment are continuing their offensive in the border area.

The enemy is no longer in the city, but the sky above it is very restless, the Izvestia correspondent was convinced

"The offensive of our formations began simultaneously in all directions. But the "Stream" certainly gave the strongest impetus to the collapse of the front. At the first stage after the landing, the task was to cause confusion and panic in the ranks of the enemy," Aid said in an interview with Izvestia.

According to him, this throw paid off in the first half hour. The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) began to leave their positions and almost immediately blew up the Martynovsky railway bridge over the Sudzha River.

The second stage, as Hades explained, was to engage in circular defense.

"Veterans", "Vostok" and the 11th airborne assault brigade have gained a foothold in the industrial zone. Together with the 30th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment, we began to hold Kubatkin farm (6 km north of Sudzha), as well as control approaches and landings to prevent anyone from approaching the exit from the pipe. And wait for our forces to break through. In the end, we all stood up and waited," the soldier shared.
