In Belgorod, an 18-year-old man was injured by a mine explosion. This was announced on March 18 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
"An 18-year-old man has a mine-explosion injury, a traumatic amputation of his right arm at the forearm level," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
It is specified that the victim's condition is serious. Currently, medical staff are performing an operation on him, after which the man will be taken to the intensive care unit.
