Paraguay and Russia to launch exchanges between business circles

St. Petersburg and Asuncion have agreed on a cooperation plan involving exchanges between business circles. This was stated by Russian Ambassador to Latin America Alexey Pisarev in an interview with Izvestia.

The embassy is expecting a delegation of representatives of the sanitary service and business to assess the possibilities of expanding cooperation.

"After the start of its military operation, Paraguay did not impose sanctions, but actually froze bilateral contacts. Nevertheless, a cooperation agreement with St. Petersburg is currently being worked out, and a cooperation plan has already been agreed, involving exchanges between the business circles of St. Petersburg and Asuncion," the diplomat said.

The Latin American state is also interested in strengthening trade and economic cooperation with Russia and doubling meat exports to our country.
