Construction of the road to the curling center began in Vladivostok

Construction of a road has begun in Vladivostok that will connect the new curling center with the road network. This is reported by the city administration.
The new road will start from house No. 8b on Tyumenskaya Street, pass by the curling center and then come to the intersection of Tyumenskaya and Shilkinskaya streets. The length of the facility will be 500 m.
According to PrimaMedia news agency, the project provides for the construction of a two-lane road, the construction of sidewalks along the roadway and the installation of a lighting system. Landscaping of the surrounding area is also planned, where landscaping will be carried out and recreation areas with benches will be created.
The contractor at the facility is JSC "Spetssu". He is currently carrying out excavation work in the area of Shilkinskaya Street, including developing a slope for further installation of retaining walls.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that geological surveys will resume in Vladivostok this week in preparation for the reconstruction of the transport interchange near the Firsova Street bus stop.
