The amount owed by Google's subsidiary to domestic TV channels, included in the register of creditors' claims in the bankruptcy case, exceeds 91.5 quintillion rubles, an amount with 20 zeros. This was announced on March 17 by Valery Talyarovsky, the bankruptcy trustee of the subsidiary.

"In total, this register contains 18 claims from 16 creditors totaling 91 quintillion 511 quadrillion 687 trillion 138 billion 260 million 100 thousand rubles," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

According to Talyarovsky, the debt of the subsidiary was calculated at the time of its recognition as bankrupt. At the same time, he noted, the obligations of the American Google continue to grow.

According to the Moscow Arbitration Court, in February Google's debt to Russian TV channels reached 2.8 duodecillion rubles, an amount with 39 zeros that has not stopped growing. The size of this debt exceeds the total gross domestic product (GDP) of the entire world.

Google and its information resources have been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for violating Russian legislation. For example, on January 14, it was reported that the Chertanovsky Metropolitan Court fined Google more than 8 billion rubles for evading administrative punishment. And on November 18, 2024, a court in Moscow fined Google 3.8 million rubles for not deleting prohibited information.
