A conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18. This was announced on March 17 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

He noted that the details of the upcoming conversation would not be disclosed.

"The conversation is indeed being prepared, but in our understanding, the conversation between the two presidents is not subject to any meaningful discussion a priori, so we will not do this," Peskov said at a briefing.
