A fire at an oil complex was eliminated in Tuapse.

The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations completely eliminated the fire on the territory of the oil complex in Tuapse, which arose as a result of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on March 14. This was announced by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratiev.

"The fire at the oil complex in Tuapse has been completely eliminated. I am grateful to the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and everyone who continuously fought the fire for more than three days," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

He noted that the fire was assigned the fourth danger rank. The fire was extinguished by 188 firefighters and 55 pieces of equipment.

It became known about the fire of the reservoir on the territory of the oil depot in the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory on March 14, there were no casualties in the fire. The cause of the incident was an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to Kondratiev, the fire covered more than 1 thousand square meters of the oil complex.
