The results of the second day of the Moscow Fashion Week have been summed up

The second day of the Moscow Fashion Week has ended. Designers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kostroma, and Krasnodar presented their collections on the catwalks on Friday. The screenings of participants from Indonesia and China were held with great excitement.

Not a single day of Moscow Fashion Week is complete without the bright appearances of celebrities. This time, editors of popular glossy magazines, foreign journalists, influencers and movie stars became guests of Moscow Fashion Week. Among them are the Honored Master of Sports, famous figure skater Kamila Valieva, actresses Olesya Sudzilovskaya and Natalia Bochkareva, and many others. The stars are seen on the catwalk again: the famous blogger Dina Saeva became the model at the Solangel show. The most discussed grandmaster Hans Niemann also attended the show of the Moscow brands Ermilov (Ermi) and Ante Kovac. The 21-year-old American also visited the market of Russian designers and did not leave empty—handed - he took with him an exclusive necklace from the brand "On tsatskah" and a silk bag from the brand Two eagles from Ivanteevka.

Guests of the Moscow Fashion Week will get acquainted with the collections of 100 domestic brands on the market and purchase their products, including 11 Moscow brands of the "Made in Moscow" collective stand. And the Moscow bar continues to operate for visitors to the screenings with treats and drinks from the capital's brands participating in the Made in Moscow project.

The Russian brand Solangel, led by Irena Soprano, is famous for its evening wear collections, where each piece is encrusted with sparkling crystals. This time, the designer focused on combining evening style with traditional Russian motifs. For example, the show was opened by a model in a sparkling maxi dress with a turn-down lace collar, and closed by the famous blogger Dina Saeva in a bright red dress. It was the lace accessories and inserts that referred us to national traditions, and the rhinestones continued to carry the key idea of Solangel — to always look spectacular and shine no matter what.

Zlata Peczkowska's spring-summer collection is dedicated to the present moment and the real time we are in, without looking back at the past or thinking about the future. The collection is inspired by the ideas of neo-romanticism: dresses, full skirts. The collection turned out to be quite textured: pressed materials and 3D applications were responsible for this, but rubber cords became the main decorative element, which complemented many images.

Sergey Sysoev fashion school immersed the audience in art and history, reviving paintings by great artists and their heroes — Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and their iconic contemporaries. Knights in caftans, ladies in magnificent dresses, and queens with an abundance of ruffles and crinoline walked along the catwalk. A distinctive feature of the collection are images similar to canvases with paintings.

On the second day of Moscow Fashion Week, lectures on "Ballet and Fashion", "AI for fashion brands: how to blow up social networks without a creative budget", a screening of the film "Norsoyan", "Russian Tradition. Relevance and inspiration in the modern world." The speakers of the lecture hall on the second day of Moscow Fashion Week were Anatole Vovk, fashion historian, art critic, Maria Shevchenko, owner of 3D Couture, Anna Kiva, stylist, decorator, expert in stylization and updating of Russian traditional costume.
