In Primorsky Krai, an entrepreneur and his employee were sentenced for violating the rules of nutrition for children at school and for spreading tuberculosis among students. On March 17, the press service of the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's Office informed about this.

"They were found guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("provision of services that do not meet security requirements")," the agency's Telegram channel informed.

The employee of the food store was also found guilty of committing a crime under Part 5 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (using a deliberately forged official document).

During the court session, it was revealed that an individual entrepreneur hired an employee without a document confirming the passage of a medical commission. She also did not mention the presence of tuberculosis. It is noted that the diagnosis was confirmed in 12 children at the educational institution.

As a result, the court sentenced the entrepreneur to restriction of liberty for a period of 1 year and 8 months, and a ban on conducting such activities for 3 years. The kitchen worker was sentenced to 1 year and 5 months in prison.

According to the Prosecutor's office of Primorsky Krai, the defendants were given a lenient punishment. It is planned to appeal his decision in the future.

Earlier, on February 27, it was reported that the case of the collapse of walls in a rural school located in Primorsky Krai had been brought to court. The person involved in the case was the head of the education department of the administration of the Nadezhdinsky Municipal District.
