More than 50 people were detained in Saudi Arabia for immoral actions.

More than 50 people, including foreigners, were detained in Saudi Arabia on suspicion of immoral acts. This was reported on March 16 in the Financial Times newspaper.
The detainees are suspected of prostitution, as well as of forcing women and children to work as street beggars.
In 2019, the government announced the adoption of a law on "public decency," but it was not strictly enforced. Recently, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud ordered the creation of a unit in the Ministry of Interior to address "public safety and human trafficking."
"The agency arrested 11 women for prostitution, marking the first time that Saudi authorities have publicly acknowledged the existence of this practice in more than a decade," the report said.
Earlier, on February 28, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi accused the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of hiding "thousands of pages of documents" in the case of American businessman Jeffrey Epstein. In 2019, Epstein was arrested on charges of organizing sex trafficking and involving minors in prostitution. A few months after his arrest, he committed suicide in a correctional center.
