Russian Mirra Andreeva rose to third place in the WTA championship race

Russian Mirra Andreeva won her second consecutive Women's Tennis Association (WTA) tournament on March 16 and rose to third place. She won titles in Dubai (UAE) and Indian Wells (USA).
In the final of the tournament, the athlete first beat the first racket of the world, Belarusian Arina Sobolenko, and then defeated Polish Iga Schwentek, who occupies the second position in the ranking. At the moment, Andreeva is in third place with 2.5 thousand points.
