A criminal case has been opened into the murder of eight residents of Sudzha.

A criminal case of a terrorist attack has been opened into the murder of eight civilians in Sudzha, Kursk region, by the armed formations of Ukraine (VFU). This was announced on March 16 by the press service of the Main Military Investigative Directorate (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"A criminal case has been opened in connection with the commission of a terrorist act against civilians in the Kursk region (Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the department's Telegram channel says.
