Three people hospitalized after Ukrainian Armed Forces attack in Belgorod region


A woman and her two sons were hospitalized after a night attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region. This was announced on March 16 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
"Three civilians, including two children, were injured. A seven—year—old boy suffered shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs, and a ten-year-old suffered barotrauma," Gladkov's Telegram channel says.
It is specified that the children were taken to the Starooskolskaya District Children's Hospital, doctors assess their condition as satisfactory.
The boys' mother was hospitalized in Gubkin Central District Hospital in serious condition with multiple shrapnel wounds.
Air defense systems eliminated 31 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over four Russian regions during the night. It is specified that 16 drones were shot down over the territory of the Voronezh region, nine over the Belgorod region, five over the Rostov region and another drone over the Kursk region.
