A pre-investigation check has been launched against blogger Arsen Markaryan after his statements calling for terrorism in Russia and against Russian citizens using drones. This was reported on March 16 by RIA Novosti with reference to law enforcement agencies.

The blogger said that attacks on Russian facilities and civilians should be carried out using drones.

It is clarified that an investigation has been launched into the fact of Markaryan's statements under the article "Public calls for terrorist activities."

According to law enforcement agencies, similar videos featuring Markarian have appeared before.
