Lokomotiv's players beat Dynamo 2-1 in the RPL match


The Moscow football team Lokomotiv beat Dynamo Moscow in the home match of the 21st round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The match took place on March 15 in Moscow at the Russian Railways Arena stadium and ended with a score of 2:1.
Striker Dmitry Vorobyov (38th minute) and defender Alexander Silyanov (75th minute) scored goals for the winners, while striker Artur Gomez (45th minute) scored for the opposing team. At the beginning of the second half, Lokomotiv player Sergei Pinyaev was replaced by Vladislav Sarveli due to injury.
Following the match, Lokomotiv moved up to fourth place in the standings, scoring 40 points. Dynamo, who had previously been second to no one for nine meetings, took fifth place with 39 points.
In the next round, Lokomotiv will play away against Krylia Sovetov Samara on March 28, and Dynamo will host Orenburg at home the next day.
On March 9, Spartak Moscow lost to Rubin Kazan in the match of the 20th round of the Russian Premier League with a score of 1:2. Striker Mirlind Dacu scored for the hosts — he scored a double, scoring in the 7th and 28th minutes. The ball was scored by Argentine midfielder Ezequiel Barco, who converted a penalty in the 42nd minute.
