The American leader Donald Trump signed a law on financing the US government until September 30, 2025. This was reported on March 15 by the Reuters news agency, citing a statement from the White House.

"US President Donald Trump on Saturday signed a temporary spending bill passed by Congress this week," the publication says.

It is specified that this law will prevent the shutdown and suspension of certain government programs and departments.

On March 14, the U.S. Senate, following a final vote, approved a bill to finance the work of the American government until September 30. The document was supported by 54 senators out of 100. A simple majority of votes was required for approval. The American leader, in turn, on March 13 pointed out the risk of government shutdown if the funding bill is not passed. He stressed that the responsibility for this will fall on the Democratic Party.
