A court has placed a man who opened fire near a kindergarten in New Moscow under house arrest. This was announced on March 15 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital in the Telegram channel.

"The investigator's request for a preventive measure in the form of house arrest against Yuri Andreev has been granted," the statement said.

It is noted that he was charged under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism"). The term of house arrest will be one month and 29 days.

The shooting near a private kindergarten occurred on March 14. According to the investigation, an unknown person came into conflict with the mother of his child, and then fired a traumatic pistol in the direction of her friend. As a result of the incident, a man was previously injured. All the participants in the incident were taken to the police.
