Pyrotechnics of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations defused an aerial bomb in the Krasnodar Territory. This was announced on March 15 by the press service of the department.

A high-explosive aerial bomb weighing 500 kg was discovered near the city of Timashevsk in the Krasnodar Territory during excavation work.

"Specialists took the ammunition to a safe place and destroyed it with an overhead external charge," the ministry's Telegram channel says.

Earlier, on February 6, it was reported that in the Kursk region, pyrotechnics of the Ministry of Emergency Situations had neutralized and destroyed more than 1,9 thousand rounds of ammunition in six months. It is noted that since August 2024, pyrotechnics of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been involved about 250 times to neutralize explosive objects in the Kursk region.
