The capital has started accepting applications for the Moscow Masters competition in a new category for employees of socially oriented non—profit organizations. This was stated by Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina. The creation of the new nomination was initiated by the Committee of Public Relations and Youth Policy of Moscow.

"The participants will show their professionalism in three areas, including "Leader" and "Social Project Manager". There are several stages waiting for them, following which the winner will be selected. We invite everyone who has worked in NGOs for more than a year," Sergunina said.

To apply, employees of non-profit organizations need to fill out a questionnaire with a story about themselves and make a video about their experiences lasting no more than one and a half minutes. The applications will be evaluated by an expert council consisting of industry leaders.

Then the participants will take online testing and complete practical tasks. They will have to show their managerial skills, the ability to solve complex problems, willingness to work in a team and much more. Nine people will advance to the final. They will appear before the commission, which will determine the three winners.

This year's competition will be held for the 28th time. Over the entire time, the project has brought together over 1.3 million people. Among them are representatives of tourism, culture, healthcare, industry, transport and others.
